    The place had a quiet atmosphere. We booked superior king room for 7 nights and had a really nice stay. There was exceptionally comfortable bed, an electric kettle, a fridge, and an air conditioning. The service was good, the food was delicious!

    We were a few minutes from the beach. The hotel was very clean. The room was comfortable. They had two pools however we didn't use them. I think this resort could be a good stay depending we your room is located.

    We had a room on the 1st floor by the pool near the elevator and it was noisy. Since we were there for only two nights, I put up with it. (I am a light sleeper, however my wife sleep good). We attempted to have the hotel change us room but they said that they were full. Suggestion when booking at this hotel. Ask to be placed away from elevator and on the top floor. Other than that, it was a great hotel.

    It's very close to the sea and to the street bar , 5 minust walking. The staff was very very nice. Not to fanssy but it's very good. You shuld take this hotel , I probably take it back when I will came to hersonissos next year.

    The swimming pool is a highlight, and staff are helpful, fulfilling requests promptly. Noise levels from the older building are problematic, with thin walls allowing for disturbances at night. Breakfast offered a good variety, though the dinner buffet, while decent, didn't quite impress. I enjoyed grilled fish dishes, which stood out positively. WiFi access felt a bit sketchy since there's a charge unless you're in the newer rooms, frustrating.

    The place was super clean. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good variety, especially with the fresh fruit and healthy options available. Excellent location, just a quick walk to the beach and close to shops.

    Staff were excellent and always willing to help. The location was excellent, Hersonissis has lots to do and see and it's a smaller village so it's quieter than Heraklion yet still a close distance by car or bus. Beach was a quick 3 minute walk away. Pool area was excellent and so relaxing. We booked a deluxe room so we were in one of the new buildings, they were excellent, our balcony overlooked the pool area. Excellent value for money!

    The breakfast had a large variety of foods and was great. the one complaint was that the hot food was never hot, it didn't seem like they had the heat lamps turned on.

    The hotel location was convenient however it is was falsely advertised as a spa resort. The hotel was filled with young adolescents getting intoxicated every evening, yelling profanity, screaming in the hallways. I had complained to the front desk agent, who simply shrugged her shoulders like she did not even hear me. I would never stay at this hotel again nor would i recommend this hotel.
